This training equips participants with the skills, strategies, and frameworks necessary for building effective collaborations with federal and state agencies. Participants will explore how to navigate systems, align goals across agencies, foster mutual accountability, and create sustainable partnerships that advance shared missions.

This training will take place on Monday, January 12, 2026 from 9 AM – 5 PM at the Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown (Google Map). The Holiday Inn offers free self-parking.

There will be a 90-minute lunch break in the afternoon to allow for attendees to eat on their own. Please check out the local area to learn what is readily available. There are many options around the hotel, from quick grabs to fast food, dine-in restaurants, and more!
