MCEDSV advances legal and policy advocacy to protect and empower survivors across Michigan. Our team works with lawmakers, community leaders, and member programs to strengthen legal protections, expand access to justice, and address systemic barriers to safety and healing.

Survivor Law Clinic
The Survivor Law Clinic provides free civil legal services to survivors of non-intimate partner sexual assault and human trafficking throughout Michigan, with a focus on Metro Detroit.
