
Survivor Centered & Empowerment-Based Services
This training is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to center survivors in all aspects of service delivery. Participants will explore empowerment-based strategies that center autonomy and enhance safety. Attendees will leave with practical tools and actionable approaches they can use in their daily work.
This training will take place on Monday, April 13 from 9 AM – 5 PM at the Stay Bridge Suites in Marquette (Google Map). Stay Bridge offers free self-parking.
There will be a lunch break in the afternoon to allow attendees to eat on their own. Please check out the local area to learn what is readily available. There are many options around the hotel, from quick grabs to fast food, dine-in restaurants, and more!
About continuing education units (CEUs)
CEUs are offered for this training at no cost. MCEDSV is an approved provider of CEUs for social work only.
