This 90-minute webinar training will focus on the crucial role of how to bring new employees into the culture of your organization so that they may have clear expectations and ultimately perform more effectively as team members. Also crucial is the skill of bringing more seasoned employees and team members closer into the organization’s mission by supporting them in finding their connection to the goals of the team, and how best to comply with the organization’s standards, both operationally and philosophically.

This training is open to employees at all levels serving in Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, or Human Trafficking agencies. This training is also open to the public, particularly those interested in best practices in nonprofit agencies.
