MCEDSV Executive Director Bootcamp Learning Cohort 2: Six Part Series (4/26/21-6/28/21)

This training is geared towards Executive Directors or Finance Directors or Grant Management or equivalent staff members only. At this time, it is not for board members.

This cohort will focus on some basic concepts and information related to nonprofit management, financial compliance, different grants available to DV & SA agencies, reporting and understanding applicable rules and regulations for receiving federal funding.

There is space only for 16 participants (one per agency). Every participant who registers for this cohort is expected to attend all six 90 minutes webinars that will occur on alternate weeks. A certificate will be awarded upon completion. You must attend 85% of the sessions in order to receive the certificate. CEUs will be available for those who may need them.

It will be held on alternate Mondays from 1 pm to 2:30 pm (Please note that the first session will be on a Tuesday!)

2. Session 2: Budgeting
3. Session 3: Client Service Delivery
4. Session 4: Staff Management
5. Session 5: Rules and Regulations for Federal Funding: How do these things affect our work?
6. Session 6: Data collection in a trauma informed way for reporting
