MCEDSV is committed to combating human trafficking in Michigan by empowering our member agencies, communities, and state and local partners. We provide comprehensive education on the dynamics of both labor and sex trafficking, and offer guidance on supporting survivors using a trauma-informed, survivor-centered, and intersectional approach. Our tailored technical assistance and training programs aim to raise awareness about the prevalence of human trafficking in Michigan and equip our partners with the tools needed to effectively respond to this issue.
