NPM Series No. 6 – Organizational Self-Assessments- Is my Organization Nimble?

This 90-minute webinar training will focus on what it takes for an organization to be self-reflective, to be able to recognize its strengths and build on them, and to recognize areas of opportunity for growth and change. A self-reflective organization has the ability to grow, and in moments of struggle to be able to access its strengths to navigate more powerfully through obstacles. Self-assessment allows an organization to act, rather than react, which may help lessen fiscal loss and employee fatigue, increasing the ability to function in a healthy way through bad times as well as good times.

This training is delivered via ZOOM and is free.

This training is open to employees at all levels serving in Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, or Human Trafficking agencies. This training is also open to the public, particularly those interested in best practices in nonprofit agencies.
