Lodging at The Comfort Inn Okemos – East Lansing: Attendees are responsible for their own lodging reservations and costs. The MCEDSV group block offers guests of our trainings an exceptional nightly rate of $85.00/night for single and double occupancy! The group block is available for the nights of Tuesday January 21st and Wednesday January 22nd (checking-out Thursday, January 23rd) The lodging block deadline is Wednesday, January 1, 2020. It is the responsibility of attendees to be aware of The Comfort Inn Okemos’s reservation and cancellation policies.

Additional fees apply to register for CEUs for Social Work. And don’t forget to make hotel reservations early. The room block deadline may fill up before the reservation deadline: Wednesday, January 1, 2020 (see hotel reservation instructions above). —————- CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY FOR ALL MCEDSV TRAININGS Notify MCEDSV in writing as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the training. A minimum 72 hour advance notice is required for most trainings and a training refund is not guaranteed if cancellations are not received by the deadline (select trainings require earlier notice such as New Service Provider Training and those specific dates are noted on all training information pages). We recommend that programs attempt to send another eligible person in the place of any registrant who cannot attend.
